We are very excited to have a safe and fun show. To that end, please note the following requirements.

Los Angeles County and The City of Los Angeles health codes mandate that all persons attending the IESLA Product fair must be able to provide proof of full vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test. Health codes also require that all persons must be masked at all times inside the venue unless sitting to eat or drink.

IESLA has provided for an onsite COVID testing technician. Tests will be available at a reduced price of $50 per test.

IES Los Angeles is very excited to announce that the the 26th Annual IESLA Wally Whitney Memorial Product Fair is moving to a new venue! The Reef in DTLA.

This can’t miss event is hosted by the IESLA along with Los Angeles’s top lighting agencies. Over 120 Lighting technology manufacturers will be showing the latest in LED technology, control, and lighting fixture design.

  • Free admission and parking (1:30 pm to 8:00 pm)

  • Barista coffee bar
  • Nitrogen Ice-cream!
  • No host bar with beer, wine, and cocktails

The Product fair is the lead funding source for IES Los Angeles Section Student Education Fund, which consists of the Saul Goldin Memorial Internship Program and the Russell Cole Memorial Design Competition. Your attendance helps to facilitate these programs.

Any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event.

Please help us protect all guests, staff, and volunteers. In accordance with the guidance from the L.A. County Department of Public Health, we ask that you observe the following:

• Stay home if you are sick with a cough, fever, or other flu-like symptoms.

• Face coverings that cover the nose and mouth are required for all indoor areas for ages two and up.

• Maintain six feet of physical distance from other guests, staff, and animals, as much as possible.
